As of July 15, 2024 – We have a late opening at the end of August/Early September this season!  Two of the three expeditions that had been planned for Scoresby Sound were able to re-locate to southwest Greenland, in response to the unusual ice situation in the south. One expedition was not. So for those of you who did not book before the season filled up last November, you have another opportunity. First come, first served.

VERY Large Discount!  Given the late notice, I am quite motivated to offer a steep discount on a full vessel booking, and to also open the trip for single berth booking.  The days available are Aug 21 to Sept 5.  Please inquire if you have all -or even a portion- of these days available. This area of Greenland is spectacular: ice (especially this year), shore hikes, Norse ruins, sailing.  Twice-weekly direct flights from Keflavik, Iceland.  email: david@arcticearth-charter.com

For this September, we late openings for 3 more single berths for the offshore transit from Greenland to Maine:  Sept 19 to Oct 5 (approximately) = $4,000 per person. Some offshore experience is required.

Base Pricing for a Full Vessel charter, per week (Sun/pm to Sat/am, 6 nights).  Covers all basic expedition activities for a group of 4 to 6 people: sailing, basic scuba support (you provide Dive Master coverage), shore excursions, meals, dockage and mooring.

  • ArcticEarth SOUTH: Gulf of Maine = US$17,400/six nights (plus $500 Canadian cabotage fee per 6 nights)
  • ArcticEarth NORTH: Labrador Sea & Baffin Bay = US$24,800/six nights (plus supplement for special north Greenland or north Baffin trips or trips with an additional Expedition Leader that we provide … e.g. Workshops)

Ancillaries – extra equipment and services are an additional cost.

Base Pricing for Transit Single Berth (only offered during transits to/from Greenland) – covers provisions, 24-hour sailing, fuel, onboard learn-by-doing with Captain and Mate.  Travel to/from boat is not covered.

  •  Labrador Sea to/ from Greenland US$4,000 for a single berth for the whole transit (as many as 10 nights).
